Truelieve, one of the biggest cannabis operators in the United States has today announced its plans to celebrate a one-year sales anniversary since it launched its operations in Arizona. The anniversary will be marked in form of in-store activations, product specials and celebrations in Arizona. All other Trulieve-affiliate locations will also have doorbuster deals between January 21 to 22. The company said it hosted a rooftop event on January 22 at the Clarendon Hotel.
Harvest made its first sale of recreational cannabis in Arizona on January 22, 2021. The sale came shortly after members passed proposition 207, which legalized the use and possession of marijuana for adults.
Tempe and Other Arizona Dispensaries
All the seventeen Harvest dispensaries based in Arizona will take part in the commemoration through daily activations including BOGO scratcher cards, doorbuster deals and branded item giveaways. To cap it all, clients who will have purchased products worth $275 by January 22 will have a direct ticket to the celebrations at Clarendon hotel.
Events on January 22 will also comprise in-store celebrations featuring food, DJs and local vendors at the company’s-affiliated Harvest dispensaries situated in Phoenix, Mesa and Scottsdale. According to the company, all affiliated stores have been notified and are busy preparing for the anniversary.
“We have been planning for this event for several months and we can now confirm that it is going to happen on January 21 and 22. We would like our recreational marijuana customers to get prepared for the best deals from all our stores in Arizona”, said Trulieve’s CEO Kim Rivers in a statement.
Kim Rivers said that the company decided to mark the anniversary as a way of appreciating its workers as well as customers.
“Arizona’s cannabis sales for adults have exceeded our expectations by far within the first year. That is one reason we decided to appreciate our local teams and clients for this major milestone”, said Kim Rivers. “We would like to give back to our customers and employees and assure them of our support”.
